Jason Harris-Cohen
Jason has extensive experience within the residential property sector spanning over a decade. He has in depth knowledge built upon foundations laid down in the agency, valuation, development, project management and investment.
Actively involved in the valuation of thousands of properties throughout England and Wales and with deep routed career history in the property sector, Jason is ideally qualified to lead the Open Property Group as Managing Director.
His ambitions for Open Property Group are straightforward; He wants to develop the business into the leading professional cash buyers of property in the UK. Jason has used his experience and knowledge to build a team that review and consider all property types including; Houses, flats, bungalows, land, tenanted investments, short leases, mixed use buildings, apartment blocks and even office blocks.
Jason is committed to the development and growth of the business and ensuring it is done from sound foundations, he guarantees that Open Property Group will make an immediate cash offer for all types of residential property throughout England and Wales. To achieve this, the Group will consider buying in any condition and regularly carry out renovation and redevelopment projects of all sizes on property they have purchased.
Based on his commercial experience and background in the property sector, Jason is aware that to achieve these objectives the building blocks of the business have to be right. To do this Jason, and the team, have spent time ensuring that the business is well structured, customer focused and, importantly, well-funded so that the group can meet the challenging needs of its customers and the market.
Martyn Birch
Martyn is an invaluable member of the team and he has 15 years’ experience working in varied roles within the property sector. Martyn has vast experience in estate agency, valuations, new homes and development.
